Our Property Management Team

Every Duttons & Co. Property Manager is licensed by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia under the Real Estate Services Act. They are qualified in all aspects of Property Management and keep their skills and knowledge current by frequently attending relevant seminars and courses. 

The Department is currently staffed with five full-time managers who handle many hundreds of furnished and unfurnished apartments, condos and houses. They are most ably assisted by seven administrative and accounting staff. The competence, initiative and enthusiasm of this entire group continually earn gratitude from owners and tenants alike. 

This team is headed by David Logan, the Managing Broker, as well as Barry and Lois Dutton, the Associate Broker and Manager respectively.  Lois and Barry have been actively involved in Property Management since the early '80s. Their in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry ensures that Duttons' clients know “we'll take care of the property as if it were our own.”  Clients know they can always call and talk to a real person 7 days a week, even 24 hours a day for emergencies.
